POLICIES

The Smile Lounge Policy

  • There is a 50% deposit that is required for all services. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
  • Remaining balance can be paid in cash or Zelle with no fee.
  • Any balances paid by credit card there will be a 4% fee charged.
  • All cancellations must be requested 24 hours in advance or your deposit will be forfeited. 
  • You can reschedule 24hrs prior to your appointment and the deposit will be transferred. If you want to reschedule less than 24hrs of your appointment, you will need to rebook and pay another deposit.
  • No call/No show you will be charged the full service amount. This includes Deposit and remaining balance.
  • 15mins after your start time without notifying us is considered a No call/ No Show.
  • If a same-day booking is scheduled, payment is required in full.
  • Appointment is required for all services.
  • Please No extra guests. No children allowed.
  • Please arrive on time, if you are running more than 10mins Late please text/call us at 857-600-1577 and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you will be more than 20mins late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to Reschedule.
  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, no exchanges are permitted. Service credit only
  • All Tooth Jewelry will be guaranteed for 30 days, anything after the owner is not responsible.
  • There will be an additional fee of $100 &up for all Mobile services. 
  • The Smile Lounge has the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.
